No problem! We'll notify you if you're nearing your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or pay a small overage fee starting at $50 per additional 100 transactions.
Question 2: Do I need to use Quickbooks?
We specialize in Quickbooks Online, and it's our preferred platform for accuracy and efficiency. If you're not on it yet, we can help you get set up during onboarding.
Question 3: How do you get access to my financial data securely?
We use encrypted, secure portals (like QuickBooks Accountant access and bank feed integrations) to retrieve data—no need to send spreadsheets or sensitive information via email.
Question 4: What if my books are a mess or I'm behind?
We've got you! We offer catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping services. During your free consultation, we'll assess how many months are needed and provide a flat-rate quote.
